A thoroughly enjoyable day of staff training took place at Silver Space, Yorkshire Artspace, when Sheffield Assay Office team members were able to gain appreciation for the great skill involved in jewellery making and silversmithing.

To celebrate our 250th anniversary last year, we created a timeline to document the long and proud history of Sheffield Assay Office. It was amazing to start at 1773 and work through all the historical events that have happened since, and shaped both the industry and the office.
Judging the Goldsmiths Craft & Design Council Awards
