Customer Satisfaction Rating Hits Record-High

We are delighted to release the results of our latest survey, which shows customer satisfaction at an all-time high.

Using the universally accepted measure of Net Promotor Score (NPS), we regularly canvas the opinion of our customers and request feedback in order to make continual improvements to our Hallmarking and Analytical Services.

Throughout the year, customers have praised our efficient service and value being able to pick up a phone and talk to one of our team of friendly and helpful experts. Combining excellent hallmarking quality and accurate chemical analysis, the Sheffield Assay Office and our Analytical Services department continue to go from strength to strength.

We look forward to a successful 2024 and continuing to exceed our customers’ expectations.

The Sheffield Assay Office was established in 1773, under an Act of Parliament and today the company assays and hallmarks the precious metals - silver, gold, platinum and palladium. Sheffield Assay Office is one of only four UK assay offices who all work to uphold the Hallmarking Act of 1973 and continue to ensure consumer protection for customers purchasing precious metals.
