2024 Jewellery Show at Olympia, London
Published: 19th September 2024
Sunday the 1st and Monday the 2nd of September saw jewellery colleagues across the industry attending The Jewellery Show at Olympia, London.
The show brought together professionals from across the industry and it was great to see so many people attending; the buzz throughout the hall was fantastic.
Across the 2 days there were panel discussions and talks across all elements of the industry to share views and offer help and advice covering many topics.
The show welcomed manufacturers and wholesalers from both the UK and worldwide, as well as industry partners such as the National Association of Jewellers, GIA, RJC and others. It was also great to see many retailers attend to give them the opportunity to grow and forge new collaborations.
Sarah North, our business consultant attended and caught up with customers of Sheffield Assay Office who all reported a good show. We are also proud of our connections with our industry colleagues at the NAJ and being accredited RJC members.
Attending the show is a great way of linking people across all sectors and levels of the industry. This was the third event to take place and we look forward to welcoming the show back in 2025.
The Sheffield Assay Office was established in 1773, under an Act of Parliament and today the company assays and hallmarks the precious metals - silver, gold, platinum and palladium. Sheffield Assay Office is one of only four UK assay offices who all work to uphold the Hallmarking Act of 1973 and continue to ensure consumer protection for customers purchasing precious metals.
