Sheffield Assay Office Rated 'World Class' By Customers

We are proud to announce that we have received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 89 for the last 12 months.

NPS is a widely-used measure of customer satisfaction and loyalty, with scores ranging from -100 to 100.

Any NPS score above 0 is "good". It means that your customers are more loyal than not.

Anything above 20 is considered "favourable". Bain & Co, the source of the NPS system, suggests that above 50 is excellent, and above 80 is world class.

Our score of 89 is exceptional and is a testament to the high level of satisfaction that our customers have with our Hallmarking and Analytical services. This year, many of our customers have placed great emphasis on the availability of our experienced staff. They're always on the end of a phone line, ready to discuss your individual hallmarking and testing requirements.
