Sheffield Assay Office teams complete Master Cutlers’ Challenge 2025

This year the Master Cutler has chosen to raise awareness about dementia support and to support projects across Sheffield and South Yorkshire that will have a lasting impact on dementia care.

Master Cutler Challenge | Sheffield Hospitals Charity
As ever the team headed by Assay Master and CEO Ashley Carson, Sheffield Assay Office staff signed up to undertake a walk.
The team of 20 people completed a figure of eight route around Derwent Reservoir, Howden Reservoir and Ladybower and the lost villages trail, totalling 15.5 miles.
The team were delighted to be joined by the Master and Mistress Cutler towards the finish line.
Each member of staff has paid to take part in the challenge, over £1000 has been raised so far toward our £3000 target.
