Happy 60th Birthday to the UK's longest serving Assay Master!

Please join us in wishing many happy returns to our Assay Master, Ashley Carson who recently celebrated his 60th birthday!
Ashley (pictured above with son, and Head of XRF, Jordan Carson) has been a member of the Assay Office team for an amazing 43 years, and in the role of Assay Master/CEO for twenty seven years.
The whole team here at Sheffield Assay Office would like to wish Ashley a very happy birthday and all the best for the coming years.
The Sheffield Assay Office was established in 1773, under an Act of Parliament and today the company assays and hallmarks the precious metals - silver, gold, platinum and palladium.
