The installation of a 3rd ICP-OES instrument was recently completed here at Sheffield Assay Office, enabling us to not only increase the capability of our current limits of detection but to also reinforce our capacity to meet fast turnaround requests.

A Sheffield charity set up over two centuries ago with money left in a will is continuing to help those within the silversmithing trade in the City of Sheffield. The Mary Parsons Charity service will take place at Sheffield Cathedral on Wednesday 27th December.
