To demonstrate to customers and staff our commitment to quality, it is the policy of SAO to operate a quality management system in accordance with both BS EN ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 and to have these systems assessed by BSI and UKAS respectively.
The Assay Master and the SAO senior management team are committed to comply with the above international standards, to continually improve the quality management system, and to continually monitor and improve the level of service provided to customers.
SAO will ensure that all personnel are competent at the tasks they perform, and shall familiarize themselves with the requirements of the SAO quality management system and implement the system in their work. SAO will encourage active participation of all employees in continual improvement efforts to meet all quality, service and cost objectives.
The only way to achieve and maintain this policy is for every employee, in whatever capacity to perform his or her work to the required standards at all times.
