Andy has been a proud member of the Sheffield Assay Office team since 2001.
Andy’s role entails communicating with customers via telephone, email and face to face at the customer counter. Andy deals mainly with enquiries regarding collections, general queries and progress updates. He checks assay notes to ensure that all information provided by the customer is being correctly entered into the system to ensure that work is marked the way customers have requested. Andy helps to ensure that work is unpacked/dispatched in relation to any agreements which have been discussed with customers.
In his spare time he enjoys socialising, sports including football, racing and boxing.
