Our HR Manager, Sophie, brings with her 10 years HR experience in the aerospace industry, after providing 'service with a smile' when working as cabin crew. Married with two children, Sophie loves family holidays, especially skiing, and spends her spare time planning the next great adventure, in between busily running around after her young family and studying toward a Level 7 CIPD qualification in Strategic People Management.
Sophie says "I love working in HR even though it is at times a hard job trying to keep a whole range of plates spinning, while trying to support the company’s biggest asset, our employees. My role gives me the opportunity to make peoples' working lives better even in a small way and can be immensely rewarding."
